A limited number of Coast Guard-funded Travel Orders are available for members living over 50 miles away who register for any of the following courses: AFLC, AUXLAMS, AUX-12, ICS-300, or G-191 & Tabletop Exercise. Limited seats are available for each class, so register early before all seats are filled.<\/p>\n

FIRST:<\/strong> Register for classes, meals, and Marriott Short Pump at:<\/p>\n

The Marriott Short Pump has a Per Diem Group Rate of $110.00 per night using the link. If traveling under Coast Guard Travel Orders you must stay at the Marriott Short Pump (using the link) and order all meals.<\/p>\n

SECOND:<\/strong> After completing D-Train registration, immediately login to E2 Solutions (ETS) and create your Travel Authorization. https:\/\/e2.prod.cwtsatotravel.com\/<\/a><\/p>\n

If you do not currently have an E2 Solutions (ETS) Account, you must follow the instructions on the EDSR Website (E2 Travel Help) to obtain a FINCEN Supplier Number and once received request an E2 Solutions (ETS) Account from DIRAUX (DO THIS NOW).<\/p>\n

Register for D-Train WHEN you request Travel Orders. NOTE: Travel Orders cannot not be approved until the DHS Continuing Resolution is approved by Congress.<\/p>\n
