Administrative Services Group
The Administrative Services Group (ANACO-AS) provides the organizational backbone for the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary's administrative operations. It oversees two directorates responsible for investigative processes and document management across the entire Auxiliary network.
Administrative Investigations
The Administrative Investigations Directorate (O-Directorate) is responsible for managing and overseeing administrative investigation processes within the Auxiliary, ensuring investigations are conducted fairly and in accordance with the Auxiliary Manual.

The Document and Administrative Directorate (W-Directorate) provides a secure and retrievable data repository for Auxiliary legal documents — such as meeting minutes and financial records — that need to be maintained long term (8–10 years). The Secretary of Records (SR) Branch supports 800+ SR officers.
