About ANACO-IT

Information Technology Group

In most any organization the role of IT — whatever it may be called — is to conscientiously select and apply those aspects of the entire range of information technologies that can most be expected to maximize benefits to the organization as a whole, in cost-effective ways.

The USCG Auxiliary Information Technology Group (ANACO-IT) oversees three directorates: Computer Software & Systems (C), IT User Support & Services (U), and Cybersecurity (Y).

  • Research & Development Division — Develops new tools and systems to support Auxiliary operations and member effectiveness.
  • WOW II Platform — Data-driven website system specifically designed for flotillas, divisions, and districts.
U-DIRECTORATE

IT User Support & Services

The U-Directorate is responsible for AuxData — the Auxiliary's membership and administrative database — AuxInfo systems, and the electronic form solutions used by members and management on a daily basis.

  • AuxData II — The Auxiliary membership and administrative database. Members without access should submit a Help Desk ticket.
